had lunch yesterday at BF in West Delray - My BF double burger was so well done it was almost crispy and had no taste - the fries were bits and pieces not like normal FF's and were beyond well done - I think I got such tasteless food because I refused to tip the lowest choice 15%.- lower choice probably would have left something -

This is the 3rd time we've ordered food from these clowns... each time was for delivery... and once, again, despite what their menu says, the burgers came with no toppings, whatsoever, although we were very specific about what toppings we wanted...3 burgers, each with specific toppings and a large order of onion rings... the app wouldn't even allow us to order onion rings and the burgers arrived with nothing on them... we were charged for toppings, but didn't get any for the 3rd time, $43 later...we'll never order from you clowns again...I hope you're company crashes and burns...

Hello, my name is John Kurnik. i recently got a meal at the burgerfi in Odessa, FL.

I got the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger plus the truffle fries and onion rings. I just wanted to say, the customer service at this location was terrible. the manager came across as mean and disrespectful and the employees talked badly about customers that I could clearly hear. the meal itself also was terrible.

the onion rings were not crispy but more on the cold side and flimsy. the burger was anything but hot. and the fries tasted as if they were made hours ago. It was my first time at a burgerfi restaurant, and i am very disappointed in my first ever visit.

I wanted to let you guys know about my experience so maybe you could help improve it. Thanks!

I can never get my points on my purchases and I use my phone number everytime Love your food but may have to say goodbye to Burger Fi. The 800 number is a joke too. All the peeps at the Jupiter location are so pleasant too. I HAVE NOT GOTTEN POINTS FOR THIS PURCHASE AND RHE ONE A COUPLE MONTHS AGO AND WAS THE SAME PRICE!!!

Hello

Yesterday I placed an order for large fries to go. I got home and they tasted like sweet potato fries, which is strange because you don't sell sweet potato anything.

My husband and the rest of my family refused to eat them as they are allergic to sweet potatoe products (I am not). How did this happen? Were the potatoes stored to long?

I tried to contact the shop but to no avail. Could you notify them that this is happening.

I usually love your fries but I don't think I will be purchasing them any longer from your company.

Kalamazoo Location

My family and friends have visited the Indiana and the Michigan locations you have for BurgerFI. Its the only burger place we can eat besides Culvers because of allergies. I would like to ask if possible there could be a seperate fryer for Gluten free optioned Fries. We love that you use Canola oil (since we have soy allergies) There are dairy and gluten free options. Wondering if you can add a baked potato option if a seperate fryer is not possible. Also wondering if possible there could be a franchise opened in Kalamazoo michigan !

We couldnt get in the door first of all there was a workmen working on a ladder droppings shavings and other items from where he was working so it made it very difficult just to enter the premises. We stood in line behind five people only to get to the register and she said she would not take the order that we had to go over to the kiosk to order.

at this point there was multiple people at the kiosk because we have been waiting in the other line.

what was the purpose of this employee at the register if she was unable to take an order what was her purpose and why does she let five people lineup before she told him she couldnt do it. With this situation we took our business somewhere else

Pre cooked Burgers, Cold Fries , Chewy cold Bacon Huge chunks of Jalapeno !! I had a horrible experience at this store and even had cooks yell at me for asking to speak to the manager. Someone called me and offered me an $80 gift certificate and apologized but nothing came in the mail. It been over a month now and nothing and thats makes me even more upset.

NO AC in North Myrtle Beach

Hi! I've been a long time regular customer at the North Myrtle Beach location.

The air conditioning has been out at this location ALL SUMMER LONG. I've submitted multiple reviews about this issue to no avail. Apparently, the owner of this location can't be bothered to get the air conditioning fixed nor do they care about their customers passing out in the lobby. I can't imagine working here in the hot kitchen with no air conditioning.

This is absolutely ludicrous and needs to be addressed immediately. I will not be bringing any business here until the issue is resolved.

I've built solid connections with the workers at this location and they are wonderful. They deserve much better than this.
