Hello, my name is John Kurnik. i recently got a meal at the burgerfi in Odessa, FL.
I got the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger plus the truffle fries and onion rings. I just wanted to say, the customer service at this location was terrible. the manager came across as mean and disrespectful and the employees talked badly about customers that I could clearly hear. the meal itself also was terrible.
the onion rings were not crispy but more on the cold side and flimsy. the burger was anything but hot. and the fries tasted as if they were made hours ago. It was my first time at a burgerfi restaurant, and i am very disappointed in my first ever visit.
I wanted to let you guys know about my experience so maybe you could help improve it. Thanks!

Hello
Yesterday I placed an order for large fries to go. I got home and they tasted like sweet potato fries, which is strange because you don't sell sweet potato anything.
My husband and the rest of my family refused to eat them as they are allergic to sweet potatoe products (I am not). How did this happen? Were the potatoes stored to long?
I tried to contact the shop but to no avail. Could you notify them that this is happening.
I usually love your fries but I don't think I will be purchasing them any longer from your company.

We couldnt get in the door first of all there was a workmen working on a ladder droppings shavings and other items from where he was working so it made it very difficult just to enter the premises. We stood in line behind five people only to get to the register and she said she would not take the order that we had to go over to the kiosk to order.
at this point there was multiple people at the kiosk because we have been waiting in the other line.
what was the purpose of this employee at the register if she was unable to take an order what was her purpose and why does she let five people lineup before she told him she couldnt do it. With this situation we took our business somewhere else

Hi! I've been a long time regular customer at the North Myrtle Beach location.
The air conditioning has been out at this location ALL SUMMER LONG. I've submitted multiple reviews about this issue to no avail. Apparently, the owner of this location can't be bothered to get the air conditioning fixed nor do they care about their customers passing out in the lobby. I can't imagine working here in the hot kitchen with no air conditioning.
This is absolutely ludicrous and needs to be addressed immediately. I will not be bringing any business here until the issue is resolved.
I've built solid connections with the workers at this location and they are wonderful. They deserve much better than this.
Preferred solution: The AC to be fixed.
